In New South Wales, houses, sheds and decks (Class 1 and Class 10) are still built to NCC 2022. NSW has put NCC 2025 back. It’s now set to start from 1 May 2027. So every job you’re quoting or setting out today runs to NCC 2022. There’s no choice of edition on site — you work from one rule book.
