- What's the difference between subscribing here and through the App Store?
- The features are identical. Subscribing through our website lets you manage your subscription from any browser and download tax invoices for every payment — handy if you need receipts for business or tax purposes.
- I already subscribe through the App Store or Google Play. Can I switch?
- Your existing subscription will continue to work. If you'd like to switch to a direct subscription, cancel your app store subscription first, then subscribe here once it expires. Contact us if you need help with the transition.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Manage Account. You'll continue to have Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
- Can I get a tax invoice?
- Yes. When you subscribe directly through our website, you can download a tax invoice for every payment from Manage Account. This is especially useful for tradespeople and businesses who need invoices for tax or expense claims.
- Do prices differ by country?
- Prices may vary depending on your region and local currency. Applicable taxes (such as GST or VAT) are calculated at checkout based on your location. To see your final price including any applicable taxes, start a checkout — you won't be charged until you confirm.
- Can I share my account with my team?
- Each subscription is for a single user. Sharing login credentials across multiple people is not permitted under our Subscription Terms and we have systems in place to detect account sharing. If your team needs access, we're working on a Teams plan — get in touch to register your interest.
- Is my payment secure?
- Yes. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details on our servers.
- What payment methods are accepted?
- We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. All payments are processed by Stripe.
